Due to Covid 19 two of these three boys are now working full time for their families. Their dreams of going on to higher education at this time is over, but Benjamin balances working for his father and going to school.  We are thankful for the sponsorship of his family that helps.

​Restrictions are being lifted now, kids are back in school, RACHEL is in the school. The dream of continuing education in the 6th Grade students now is real. ​Help us make this a reality for them!

​​Update in 2024

As of February 2024 we now have 12 kids in the sponsored Education Program! 

We are proud that these students and their families are seeing a value in education.

Some of the students do work during the week in the fields and are taking classes on the weekend. That's a commitment to Education!

​We have also purchased the land next door and the dream and reality of the San Miguel Center is coming to fruition!  This will be a place of continued help not only in education,

but of body and spirit as well.    The San Miguel Center will have a place for a Catholic Mass and Catechesis along with a place for a medical clinic when we bring doctors.

Angel and Estuardo pictured are new graduates of 9th Grade.  In Guatemala after 9th Grade your studies are geard towards your career.  Both boys will be deciding soon on what that looks like for them!
