Miles apart, but not in our heart!

July has come and gone, January will be here before we know it and both of those months we were supposed to be in Guatemala. Covid 19 has prevented that from happening, but what Covid cannot take away is what is in our heart. The mission still continues with love and prayers.

We are able to keep in touch with our friends in Playa de Oro through some social media and Whatsapp. We know that Covid has not hit the village, but that the lack of being able to work has caused a lot more financial issues for many families. To continue partnering with the community we will wait and see where we can best be of assistance even though the miles keep us apart. Our partners on the ground of Guatemala, Healing Waters and Praying Pelicans, have been key in us being able to continue the mission we have in Playa De Oro.
