Día Uno

After a long day of travel we all arrived safely in Guatemala City and were reunited with our friends Eduardo and Paula from Praying Pelican Missions! We were treated with a delicious dinner at Ericka and Walter’s restaurant and ended our evening with Fr. Tom offering Mass. Our hearts are happy to be here and we are excited for the week ahead!

Both my stomach and my heart were full after this evening. The food was wonderful and I felt that Father Tom‘s Mass prepared my heart to experience the upcoming week. -Kala Shepard (1st trip)
